The Zard racing decatalyzer for Harley-Davidson Pan America 1250 is the essential part for those who want to unleash the full potential of their machine.
Handcrafted from AISI 304 stainless steel in Zard's Italian workshops, it can be used alone with the original exhaust or combined with the Zard muffler for a complete transformation of the line and performance.

Zard Pan America 1250 Decatalyzer: up to +5.9 HP for your Harley-Davidson
By replacing the original catalytic converter with the Zard racing decatalyzer, the Pan America 1250 breathes differently. The thermal and mechanical restriction imposed by the factory catalytic converter disappears, releasing exhaust gases that escape more freely and quickly.
The result is immediate: +3.8 HP when the decatalyzer is combined with the original exhaust, and up to +5.9 HP when coupled with the Zard muffler. In addition to this power gain, there is a weight reduction of 1.7 kg compared to the original catalytic converter, for a lighter, more responsive, and more communicative motorcycle.
AISI 304 stainless steel and Zard's craftsmanship
Each Zard decatalyzer is handcrafted in Italy, using raw materials selected for their quality and durability. AISI 304 stainless steel, used here in a black finish, is renowned for its resistance to heat and corrosion, two absolute requirements for a part subjected to the extreme temperatures of the exhaust system.
It is this artisanal requirement, coupled with a design conceived for performance, that has made Officine Italiane Zard's reputation for decades. Combined with the Zard muffler, the decatalyzer produces the deep and characteristic sound that has made the brand famous—a sound that cannot be imitated.
