Some products you search for a long time without ever finding. This kit is the perfect example. No support on the market really did justice to the PIAA LP530 and LPW530 auxiliary lights on a universal fork. So we designed, manufactured, and assembled it in France. With the same demanding standards that we apply to every custom build leaving our workshop.

What we made, and why
This Baja headlight fairing mount is not a product bought and resold. It's a piece born in our workshops, envisioned by riders for riders. The aluminum tube is bent, welded, and powder-coated in France. We worked on the compact oval shape (29×16×11 cm) to combine maximum rigidity and lightness, without ever making the front of the motorcycle heavy. Each piece is inspected before shipping.
Attachment is done with two adjustable clamps on the fork tubes, without drilling or modifying the frame. We wanted a universal mounting: the kit fits the vast majority of motorcycles equipped with a traditional telescopic fork, whether it's a tracker, scrambler, café racer, or custom roadster.
Delivered complete with the mount, a pair of PIAA headlights, clamps, and stainless steel hardware.
PIAA LP530 or LPW530 headlights: the benchmark in auxiliary lighting
Our choice of auxiliary lights: PIAA LP530
To accompany this mount, we made a clear choice: PIAA LP530 headlights, essential references in motorcycle auxiliary lighting. At 3.5", with a die-cast aluminum housing, polycarbonate lens, IP67 waterproofing, and 10 G certified vibration resistance, they can withstand as much as your motorcycle.
Their exclusive Reflector Facing technology directs the LEDs towards the reflector rather than forward, for better beam control, superior output, and no risk of glare. ECE approved, available in four versions:
- DK535BGA – White driving lights, 6,000 K, 9.4 W.
- DK536GA – Yellow driving lights, 2,500 K, 9.4 W.
- DK537BEGA – White fog lights, 6,000 K, 8 W.
- DK538XG – Yellow fog lights, 2,500 K, 8 W.
Or upgrade to the next generation: PIAA LPW530
The LPW530 is the direct evolution of the LP530: same 3.5" format, same robustness (IP67, 10 G, aluminum housing), but 20 W on the counter and a game-changing 2-in-1 lighting concept. Wide and long beams work simultaneously, for long-distance visibility without sacrificing illumination of turns and shoulders. Up to 53,100 candelas and a measured range of 410 m for the DKW539E model.
Three models available:
- DKW539E – White 6,000 K, ECE R112 approved, 2,500 lm. The choice for pure performance.
- DKW531 – Three switchable modes: long white beam, wide yellow beam, or both simultaneously. Maximum versatility.
- DKW538 – Yellow beam, for a personalized look and better penetration in rain, fog, or dust.
Why choose this Blackpines kit?
We offer you this kit for a simple reason: no support on the market did justice to the PIAA LP530 and LPW530 headlights on a universal fork. Rather than compromising with existing options, we designed our own solution, manufactured in France, conceived for impeccable aesthetic and mechanical integration.
The result is a motorcycle auxiliary headlight kit that installs in less than an hour, lasts over time, and gives your machine the look of a professional build.
