The Zard short full exhaust line for Triumph Bonneville T100 and T120 is a kit entirely handmade in Italy from AISI 304 stainless steel, designed to improve the performance and aesthetics of the machine while retaining the original catalytic converter. Available in racing or E4 approved versions, with a satin, Cerakote® black, or mirror-polished finish, it installs plug & play without any structural modifications.

With a weight saving of 6.6 kg compared to the original system, the Zard short line profoundly transforms the behavior of the Bonneville T120. Lighter, the machine gains agility and responsiveness, particularly noticeable in corners and at low speeds.
Made of AISI 304 stainless steel with the artisanal care that characterizes Officine Italiane Zard, this kit offers three finishes to suit every aesthetic preference: classic satin, matte black Cerakote® for a more radical character, and mirror-polished for enthusiasts of shiny and neat preparations. The deep and energetic Zard sound completes the transformation.
Original catalytic converter retained and optional side position
Unlike many aftermarket kits, this Zard line is designed to retain the original catalytic converter of the Bonneville T120. A choice that guarantees compatibility with basic environmental standards and simplifies installation. The E4 approved version is for riders who want to ride in full compliance, while the racing version offers maximum sound and mechanical freedom.
For those who wish to go further in customization, this kit can be coupled with the Zard conversion kit (ref. ZTP064S20R-B), sold separately. It repositions the muffler in a side position for an even more compact and balanced look.
