CORDURA® TrueLock™: when performance rhymes with respect for the environment

The innovative CORDURA® TrueLock™ fabric is made from particularly strong multi-filament nylon 6,6 fibres, obtained by a continuous extrusion process. This process allows the colour to be “fixed” directly into the fibre, eliminating the need for subsequent dyeing and washing.

Developed by INVISTA, inventor of CORDURA®, this manufacturing process reduces the ecological footprint by limiting water and energy consumption and reducing CO₂ emissions. It also guarantees increased resistance of the fabric over time , by reinforcing its strength and resistance to wear. This new fabric has even higher color durability and UV stability, while offering excellent resistance to abrasion and manufacturing.
