Shoulders (A): Stand up straight with your arms at your sides. Get help to measure the distance between your shoulders, across your back. From the widest point of one shoulder to the widest point of the other.

Chest (B): With your arms at your sides and with someone's help, place a measuring tape under one of your armpits in the middle across to the other armpit, passing over your chest.

Hips (C): With straight legs and feet together, measure the widest part of your hips, about 15/20 cm below your waist, where the jacket ends.
