  • Return deadline : within 30 days of receipt of the item;
  • condition of the item : to be eligible for a free return, the item must be returned to us new (unused), complete (with all accessories) and in its original packaging;
  • exceptions : all items made to order such as the Beringer brand and all personalized products such as YSS shock absorbers are neither returned nor exchanged. (Unless the product shipped does not conform to the order placed.)

A return slip ready to be printed will be sent to you in response to your email.

Once the item has been received and checked, we will send you an email confirming receipt. You will immediately be informed of our decision regarding the approval or rejection of your reimbursement request.

If your request is approved, the refund procedure will be carried out within 5 working days, on the original payment method.
